제1조 약관의 적용
이 약관은 ㈜팬딩(이하 "당사" 또는 "회사")의 온라인 서비스에 동의하여 신용카드, 직불카드(이하 "결제 수단")의 자동 결제 방법(이하 "자동 결제")으로 각종 대금을 납부하고자 하는 자(이하 "고객")와 고객의 지급 수단을 보유한 금융 기관에 대하여 적용합니다.
제2조 출금
결제는 선불 방식이며, 결제 이후 즉시 서비스 이용 권한이 생성됩니다. 출금을 의뢰하는 기관(이하 "당사")이 제공하는 서비스의 기간제 이용에 따른 서비스 이용료를, 고객이 선택한 결제 수단을 활용하여 당사가 지정한 결제 일자에 자동으로 결제합니다.
제3조 과실 책임
자동 결제 수단의 잔액 또는 한도(자동 대출 약정이 있는 경우 대출 한도 포함)가 결제일 현재 당사의 청구 금액보다 부족하거나, 결제의 지급 제한, 연체 등 고객의 과실에 의하여 결제가 불가능한 경우의 손해는 고객의 책임으로 합니다. 잔액 부족 또는 특정 소비자 과실로 인해 다음 정기 결제에 실패했을 경우 서비스 이용 권한은 즉시 상실됩니다.
제4조 결제일
당사 서비스의 자동 결제를 신청한 고객의 서비스 대금 결제일은 서비스 갱신 시점으로 하며, 첫 결제 이후 익월부터 매월 동일한 날짜의 오후 1~3시 사이에 자동적으로 이뤄집니다. 예를 들어, 1월 3일에 결제하였을 경우 2월 3일, 3월 3일, 4월 3일(이후 동일)에 자동 결제되는 방식입니다. 결제일에 잔액 부족 등으로 결제가 되지 않은 경우에는 결제일로부터 3회 결제를 재시도 합니다. 결제 실패 등으로 미납이 지속될 경우 당사는 서비스를 중단하고 미납된 금액에 대한 결제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
제5조 출금 우선 순위
납기일에 동일한 수종의 자동 결제 청구가 있는 경우의 출금 우선 순위는 금융 기관에서 정하는 바에 따릅니다.
제6조 최초 개시일
자동 결제 신규 신청에 의한 결제 개시일은 당사의 상품 구매 시 자동 결제 동의에 의하여 결정되며 당사로부터 최초 상품 결제일을 최초 개시일로 합니다.
제7조 신청 및 취소
자동 결제 신규 신청은 해당 상품의 구매 결제 시 자동 결제에 동의함으로 신청서를 대체하며, 취소 및 변경은 당사의 웹 사이트(http://fanding.kr)에서 해당 상품 자동 결제일 24시간 전까지 변경을 하셔야 합니다. 중단 요청 시 마지막 결제 이후 한 달까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이후 추가적인 결제 요청 없이 자동으로 서비스 이용이 종료됩니다.
제8조 결제 기준 및 이의 제기
자동 결제 신청에 의한 결제 수단에서의 결제금은 해당 일에 청구 된 청구 금액에 한하여 당사의 청구대로 결제가 이루어지며, 청구 금액에 이의가 있는 경우에는 고객과 당사가 조정하여야 합니다.
제9조 정보 제공
자동 결제 업무 처리를 위하여 자동 결제와 관련한 고객 정보(신용카드 정보, 직불카드 정보, 법인인 경우 사업자 등록번호, 개인인 경우 주민 번호 일부 등)가 당사에 서비스 제공 기간 동안 암호화되어 저장되며 제공된 정보에 대해 당사는 관련 업무 이외의 목적에 사용하지 않습니다.
제10조 금융기관의 자동 결제 임의 해지
자동 결제 등록 결제 수단이 금융 기관에서 별도로 정하는 기간 동안 자동 결제 이용 실적이 없는 경우 금융 기관에서 해당 고객에게 사전 통지 없이 자동 결제를 해지할 수 있습니다.
Article 1 Application of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to those who wish to pay various payments(hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and the financial institutions that have the means of payment(hereinafter referred to as "Automatic Payment") by the customer by agreeing to the online services of Fanding(hereinafter referred to as "the "Company").
Article 2 Withdrawal of payment amount
Payment is a prepaid method, and the right to use the service is created immediately after payment. The service fee for the fixed-term use of the service provided by the organization requesting the withdrawal of payment amount(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will be automatically paid on the date of payment designated by the company using the payment method selected by the customer.
Article 3 Negligence liability
If the balance or limit of the automatic payment method(including the loan limit if there is an automatic loan agreement) is less than our billing amount as of the payment date, or if payment is not possible due to the customer's negligence, such as payment restrictions or arrears, the customer is liable. If the next automatic payment fails due to insufficient balance or negligence of certain consumers, the right to use the service will be lost immediately.
Article 4 Payment date
The service payment date of the customer who applied for automatic payment of our service is the time of service renewal, and it is automatically made between the following month and 1 to 3 p.m. on the same date every month after the first payment. For example, if you pay on January 3, you will automatically pay on February 3, March 3, and April 3 (the same date thereafter). If payment is not made due to insufficient balance on the payment date, the payment will be retried three times from the payment date. If the payment continues due to a payment failure, etc., the company may suspend the service and request payment for the unpaid amount.
Article 5 Withdrawal priority
The withdrawal priority in the case of the same number of automatic payment claims on the due date is as set by the financial institution.
Article 6 Initial commencement date
The payment start date by applying for new automatic payment is determined by consent to automatic payment when purchasing our products, and the initial payment date from the company is the initial start date.
Article 7 Application and cancellation
New automatic payment application will replace the application by agreeing to automatic payment upon purchase of the product, and cancellation or change will have to be made on our website(http://fanding.kr) no later than 24 hours before the automatic payment date for the product. If you request suspension, you can use the service for up to one month after the last payment. After that, the service will automatically terminate without any additional payment request.
Article 8 Payment criteria and objections
Payment in the payment method by automatic payment application will be made as requested by the company only for the amount charged on that day, and if there is any objection to the amount charged, the customer and the company must adjust it.
Article 9 Providing information
For automatic payment processing, customer information related to automatic payment (credit card information, debit card information, business registration number for corporations, and part of social security number for individuals) will be encrypted and stored during the service period, and the information provided will not be used for any purpose other than related work.
Article 10 Voluntary cancellation of automatic payments by financial institutions
If the automatic payment registration payment method has no automatic payment history for a period specified separately by the financial institution, the financial institution may terminate the automatic payment without prior notice to the customer.
