With this feature enabled, the following customer tags will be assigned according to the raffle result.
Tag Name | Description |
|---|---|
raffle-win | A generic tag assigned to all winners |
raffle-{campaign_id}-win | A tag assigned to winners of a specific campaign |
raffle-{campaign_id}-lose | A tag assigned to non-winners of a specific campaign |
※By default, customer tags are not assigned.
Point
Customer tags are assigned when the winner confirmation process is completed in Raffle.
From the app’s left-hand menu, click Campaign Management
Click Create New Campaign in the top-right corner
Proceed to the Customer Tag Settings section
Enable the following options as needed:
Assign customer tags to winners
Assign customer tags to non-winners
Click Create in the bottom-right corner of the screen
