You can download campaign entry data in bulk from "Manage Campaigns" > "Download CSV."
The exported file includes the following fields (they match exactly what is shown in the admin screen)

・"Email Address"
・"Status"
・"Entry Date"
・"Payment Status"
・"Payment Deadline"
