How the Lottery Works

You can from the product page.* a customer account is required to participate in the lottery. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page.

If the user has an invalid email address at the time of entry, a warning will be displayed.* If the registered email address is invalid (e.g., does not exist or cannot receive emails), the winner selection process may not be completed properly.

If the campaign target product has been deleted or its status is set to "Draft," the lottery process cannot be executed. Please take note.

From the app’s left sidebar, click "Manage Campaigns", then open the campaign details.

  1. Once the entry period has ended, you can either manually select winners and non-winners or run an automatic lottery using the options below.

  1. You can change the planned number of winners set during campaign creation from the settings below.The payment deadline will be included in the winner notification and payment request emails sent to customers.

If you plan to select winners manually, please make sure to check Run drawing as Provisional Winners.

▼ How to manually select winners(If you want to select winners randomly, steps 3 and 4 below are not required.)

  1. From the “Provisional Winner” tab, select the provisional winner and click “Revert to Pending Drawing” to move the selected user back to the pre-lottery status.

  1. From the “Entered / Pending Drawing” tab, select the user you want to mark as a winner, then click “Set as Provisional Winner.”

  1. If there are no issues with the provisional winners, click “Confirm Provisional Winners.”

  1. If you enable “Exclude winners from future raffles for a specific period” and set the period,those winners will be excluded from winning in other campaigns during the specified time.

  1. When the winner is confirmed, the customer will receive winner notification and payment request emails.

    By clicking the link in the email, they will be redirected to the Shopify checkout page, where they can proceed with the purchase.

  1. If a winner does not complete the payment by the payment deadline, their payment status will be shown as "Expired".In this case, as long as the rejection has not been finalized, you can repeat the lottery as many times as needed.

    * For re-drawing, please follow the same procedure as the Winner Selection Process.

Customers whose status is "Pending Drawing" are eligible for re-drawing.Customers who have already gone through the winner selection process (including those marked as "Expired") cannot be selected as winners again.

  1. Once the required number of winners has been selected, click “Finalize Non-winners and Finish Campaign”.

You cannot click “Finalize Non-winners and Finish Campaign.” until the winner confirmation has been completed.

  1. Once the non-winner status is finalized, the customer will receive a Regret Notification.

Entry Confirmation

After the campaign ends, when you access the product page, you can check whether the user who applied for the campaign has already won, as shown below.

Winners can complete their purchase either via the link in the "Winner Notification Email" or directly from the product page.

The purchase button will become active, and the product can be purchased.

“Thank you for participating” will be displayed.

Can I change the sender email address for notifications?
Can I edit the notification email content?
Can I export the list of winners and non-winners?

Yes, you can export the campaign entry data from “Campaign Management” > “CSV Download.”

Can I filter or search applicants?

Yes, you can filter applicants using the search box on the campaign details page.

Currently, you can filter using the following criteria:

  • Name (partial match with 2 or more characters)

  • Email address (exact match)

  • Application number (exact match)
