Set the sender email address

This feature allows you to change the sender email address for customer notifications to an email address using your store’s custom domain.

The sender email address will be the one set in:

Shopify Admin > Settings > General > Store contact details > Store email

  1. In "Email Settings", click "Start Setup."

  1. Set the displayed records and values in your DNS provider,then click "Verify Domain Settings."

DNS settings may take up to 72 hours to take effect.

  1. After confirming that the domain has been verified, turn ON “Set the store email (abc@example.com) as the sender.”

please paste the record into the Dig tool and check whether the DNS settings have been applied correctly.Click “CNAME” for CNAME records or “TXT” for TXT records when verifying.

the DNS record settings may be incorrect.Please check the DNS record configuration on your domain provider’s side.
