Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges (except for primary distribution products).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons such as purchasing the wrong size, items different from the image, etc.

The following conditions must be met to receive full compensation:

  • The item must be within 7 days after arrival.

  • The SNKRDUNK Authentication Badge/Sticker must not have been removed.

In the case of Official Brand items (items that were purchased first-hand from SNKRDUNK), as they are shipped without Authentication Badge, the item tag with the item barcode must not have been removed.

  • All accessories (laces, keychains etc.) that were included with the item must be present.

  • The item must not have been worn.

  • Items are eligible for full compensation only if deemed to be outside the SNKRDUNK authentication standards.

Minor stains or scratches that meet the authentication standards are not eligible for full compensation.

*We do not notify customers during authentication for items that meet the authentication standards.

If you wish to receive full compensation in consideration of the above, please contact us via the respective transaction chat message or via email.

*When sending us pictures of Official Brand items, we kindly ask to send us pictures of the barcode (including numbers) printed on the item tag instead.

To prevent replacement, we record and photograph each item during the inspection and authentication process.

If there is a discrepancy between the condition of the item for which you are requesting compensation and the information we have recorded (e.g. photographs), we will not be able to provide full compensation. Please understand this in advance.
