I want to cancel my sold item transaction.

We do not accept cancellation at the seller's convenience once a transaction has been established, as it may cause inconvenience to the buyer.

In the unlikely event that you have a special circumstance that makes it difficult to continue the transaction, please contact us via the relevant transaction chat with a detailed description of the circumstances that made it difficult to ship the item.

Please note that if the transaction is canceled at the seller's convenience, a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price will be charged to the seller.

Please note that we may also restrict the usage of an account if we judge that the account has been continuously using the SNKRDUNK platform maliciously.
