What happens to the rest of my cart order after a cancellation?

If one of the items in your cart order gets cancelled for any reason, rest assured that you will receive a refund for the individual item price including the shipping fees for that specific item.

*Please note that, if you applied a coupon to your cart order, any applicable refunds will be issued once the remaining items in the cart order have passed authentication.

You may be eligible for a refund of customs duties and taxes if you are from the United States, Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand and you paid for customs duties and taxes due to the fact that the total price of the items in your cart order exceeded the price threshold above which customs duties and taxes become necessary.

Please note that if you are not from the above countries, customs duties and taxes you may be charged for these after shipment. You can confirm this at the time of your purchase with the "pay at the door" notation. If this is the case, you will not have been charged these at the time of purchase and so you will not be eligible for a refund for customs duties and taxes.
