The E37 error can occur when Vrew runs into an issue using your graphics card during video export. This usually happens if:
Your device doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements
A previous export attempt failed
Hardware acceleration is turned off in your browser
A temporary system resource issue occurs
Your graphics driver is out of date
If your device doesn’t meet Vrew’s minimum system requirements, the app may have trouble exporting videos.
You can find Vrew’s minimum and recommended system requirements here.
In Chrome, click the three-dot menu [⋮] in the top-right corner and go to [Settings].
Select [System] from the menu, or search for “acceleration” in the settings search bar.
Turn on [Use hardware acceleration when available].
If multiple programs are using your graphics card at the same time, or if data from a previous task remains, Vrew may run into a temporary system resource issue.
Completely close Vrew
Close any other running programs
Reopen Vrew and try exporting again
If the issue continues, restart your computer and try once more.
You can find step-by-step instructions on how to update your graphics driver here.
If the issue continues after trying all the steps above, please contact us through the Vrew Chat Support.
