Updating Your Graphics Card Driver

This may be necessary if your computer has a graphics card, but the driver is outdated or doesn’t properly support your current environment (such as WebGL or WebGPU).

  • Unsupported video codec

  • GPU crashes

  • Export stopping midway

  • An environment that doesn’t support WebGL2 or WebGPU

  • E11: Unsupported video codec

  • E25: GPU crash

  • E26: Export stopped

  • E37: WebGL2 / WebGPU not supported

On the page, click Download Latest Version. A file download window will appear.

After the download is complete, run the file to launch the program.

When the program opens, it will automatically detect your graphics card information.

If you see a red exclamation mark, an update is required. Click the icon to continue.

In the window, click Download Driver.

A new window will open with the appropriate driver for your graphics card.Click OK and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Once these steps are finished, your graphics driver update is complete.
