Host Settings(Space)
Write the name of your Space here. You can use up to 30 characters.
Write a description of your Space here. You can use up to 80 characters.
Invite users with a simplified link "zep.us/@".
The previous link (zep.us/play/[hashID) is still available.
Please note that you cannot make addition changes for the next 30 days.
Attach the image that you want to be shown when sharing your Space link.
(Recommended size: 1040*680 px, max 1MB)
If you toggle Allow Search, your Space can be searched for and displayed on the ZEP homepage.
Please note that it may take some time for your Space to be exposed in the external portal.

You can set a password to enter the Space.
Only users who have entered the password can enter the Space.
You can enter a password of up to 32 characters.
Those who have not signed in are not allowed to enter the Space.
Only users with Admin, Staff, Editior, or Member permissions in 'Members' can enter.
This feature allows only users who have signed in with an account in a specific domain to enter the Space.
Please enter only the text that comes after the "@" symbol in the email address.
You can add up to 10 domain addresses by separating them with a comma (,).
Users on the blacklist cannot access the space regardless of login status.
The host can remove users listed on the blacklist in the kick management settings.
Users listed on the blacklist cannot enter the space until an administrator removes them.
Only the owner of the space has the authority to delete the space.
To delete a space, click on the Delete Space button and enter the word "DELETE" into the dialog box that appears.
Please be aware that once a space is deleted, it cannot be restored.
All users are required to set their nickname.
If this feature is disabled, guest users will be assigned a random nickname.
Above a participant's nickname, you can display their affiliation, class, MBTI, and more.
You can show a control guide to users entering for the first time on a PC.
You can add members to the space or manage host permissions.
Permissions can be set for accounts with a login history to ZEP.
When inviting users, an email will be sent regardless of whether they are logged in or not.
If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder.
Only one person can have owner permission.
Please refer to the User Permissions Guide for more information.
The period of downloadable visit records is up to 30 days.
The following is what information is provided:Email / Nickname (upon entrance) / Joined Time / Nickname (upon exit) / Left Time / Connection Time / Total Connection Time
Chat history can be downloaded in TXT file format.
The chat history will be stored for up to a week and can contain up to 10,000 lines.
Get more advanced data by connecting with Google Analytics.
ZEP has its own default filtering keywords, and you can toggle this filter on and off using the button.
This filter applies to your Space specifically.
After saving the keywords, enter !destroyspace
in the chat to refresh the Space and apply the changes.
You can add multiple blocked keywords using a comma (,) without spaces between them.
tip) Keywords consisting only of numbers and spaces cannot be registered.
When you activate this feature, the sidebar will display the Donate option.
You activate donations and set a commission rate that will be sent to the Space Owner when ZEM is donated in the Space.
ZEP has its own currency called ZEM, which can be used on the platform.
You can use ZEM to purchase assets from the Asset Store and you can donate ZEM to other users. Donated ZEM can be monetized through settlement.
You can set the commission rate for the host when ZEM is donated in the Space.
Monetization is possible by setting a fee that belongs to the first creator (Owner) of the Space.
The commission rate is 0% by default and can go up to 10%.
You can check the received commission fees by visiting the ZEP homepage, navigating to the profile menu, and selecting My Donation History.
This feature is only available to the Space's Admins or Owners.
To copy my Space, click the three dots next to the Space you want to copy then click the [Copy Space] button, and the Space will be immediately copied.
If the Space is large, copying may take a long time.
You might not see an alert window while copying is in progress and think it's an error, but the operation is actually taking place.
When copying a Space, some features will not be copied.
Sidebar movement, links, apps will not be copied.
