Customer Notifications is a feature that automatically sends reservation-related messages to your customers.

Display Staff Contact | When selected, the contact information of the staff member in charge of that specific schedule is displayed at the bottom of the message instead of the institution's contact details. |
Custom Auto-Notification Phrase | When selected, you can insert a custom additional phrase that you have written directly at the bottom of the message. Example: Parking guide, operating hours, refund policy, etc. |
If your service requires close customer interaction, displaying the staff member's contact information can build a high level of trust.
Automatic notifications will not be sent to customers who are assigned the selected labels.
This is highly useful when you prefer to respond to certain customers directly via phone calls
You can send notifications to customers using your configured notification method: either Email or Text message.
For customers to receive notifications, the contact information corresponding to that notification method must be registered in their customer profile.
Email notifications can be sent for free with no limit, while text messages deduct 1 credit per message.
For Hub memberships, only members who possess management permissions for the affiliated group/institution can configure these settings.
