Manage the schedules, statuses, cancellations, and completions of customers who came in through direct bookings all in one place.
Depending on the status of the booker's schedule, it is classified as follows
Status | Description |
Scheduled | The booking schedule has not passed yet. |
In Progress | The booking schedule time has arrived and is currently ongoing. |
Canceled | The customer canceled the booking, or the booking schedule has been processed as canceled. |
Completed | The booking schedule time has passed and is completed. |
You can change it by hovering over the booker list and clicking the Process Cancellation button that appears on the right.
It can also be changed in the schedule details modal.
Caution: Once processed as "Completed" or "Canceled," it cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution.
