You can efficiently manage your customers by adding them individually or in bulk, and filtering them based on customer status and payment history. Additionally, the label feature allows you to group and organize your customers.

  • Access Path: Select the Add Customer button in the top right corner of the Customer menu.

  • Details: The customer's name is a required field. You can select "Enter Additional Information" to add gender and date of birth, or select "Enter Additional Contact" to add representative information.

  • Using Additional Contacts: This is used to register guardian contact information for minors or customers who require a representative to respond. Smart text messages, KakaoTalk, and automated reservation notifications will also be sent to the registered additional contact.

  • Access Path: Select the Bulk Add Customers button in the top right corner of the Customer menu.

  • Steps:

    1. Click the Download Template button to get the format, then enter and save the customer information. Registration is possible even if only the name is entered.

    2. Drag and drop the Excel file into the upload area or select the file to upload it, then click the Next button.

    3. Review the list and select the Final Add button. Customers with missing required fields or errors will be excluded from registration.

    4. If you check the option to download the excluded list and proceed with registration, you can download a separate Excel file containing only the excluded customer list to review the reasons.

  • New: Refers to a status where no scheduled reservations exist after customer registration.

  • In Progress: A status where there is one or more scheduled reservations with the customer. When a schedule is created for a customer who is in "New" or "Completed" status, they automatically change to this status.

  • Completed: A status where there are no upcoming scheduled reservations. When all ongoing schedules are completed, the status automatically switches to this form.

  • Inactive: Used to classify customers who have temporarily paused activities. You can assign this by selecting "Set Customer as Dormant" from the More menu on the customer details screen.

  • List Quick Actions: Hovering over the right side of a customer's name in the list reveals the quick action buttons. From left to right, it supports Profile Edit, Add Payment, Download PDF, Mark as Important, and Delete. When a customer is deleted, all data including profile information, logs, and documents will be deleted.

  • Multi-Bulk Processing: By selecting multiple customers using the checkboxes on the left side of the list, a quick action bar for bulk processing will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Labels are a feature used to group customers based on arbitrary criteria, independent of their progress status. Utilizing labels allows you to conveniently select target customers all at once when creating group schedules.

  • Add Label: Press the plus (+) button on the left panel to add a label. When creating a sub-label, enter the label name and designate a parent label; when creating a parent label itself, leave the designation field blank.

  • Edit Label: Hover over a label and select the More button that appears to edit or delete it. For parent labels, an option to directly add a sub-label is also provided.

  • Important Notice on Deletion: Deleting a label only unassigns the label from the customers in that group (reclassifying them as "No Label"); the actual customer data is not deleted. In Hub plans, only members with customer editing permissions can manage labels.

  • Hovering over the left panel of the customer list page reveals the Select Multiple Labels button.

  • After selecting this button and checking specific labels, you can view only the customers assigned to those labels. To clear the filter, click the Deselect All button in the same location.
