Issue a coupon

The coupon feature allows you to select a registered coupon and apply it to a customer.

1. Add Customer: Click this option if you are issuing the coupon to a brand-new customer who is not yet registered in the system.

2. Load from List: Search for and select the recipient from your existing customer roster.

1. Click Dropdown Menu: Click the coupon selection field to check the list of available coupons.

2. Select Coupon Type: * Service Bundle Type: A packaged product bundled with multiple sessions (Example: Psychological Counseling Comprehensive 5-Session Package).

   • Custom Type: A discount coupon or cash-value voucher format (Example: First-Visit Discount Coupon, Free-Use Value Voucher).

3. Verify Detailed Information: Upon selecting a coupon, detailed information such as the number of uses, expiration date, and coverage scope will be automatically displayed at the bottom.

1. Billing Amount: Enter the actual amount paid by the customer when the coupon is issued.

2. Payment Method: Select the method used by the customer, such as Credit Card, Cash, or Bank Transfer.

1. Date: Select the timeframe when the coupon is issued from the calendar. (Defaults to the current date)

2. Time: Designate the exact time for accurate issuance records.

• You can record the reason for issuance or any related special notes. (Maximum 128 characters)

• If you have filled out all mandatory fields, click the [Complete] button at the bottom to finish issuing the coupon.

• To stop the process, press the [Cancel] button or close the window.

Click the Create new Coupon button located at the bottom of the dropdown list.

You can add a coupon using the [Add Coupon] button in the top right corner of the Coupon Management screen. There are two distinct methods:

• Direct Coupon

• Bundle Coupon

A. Direct Coupon

The Direct Coupon is a method where you can freely configure the terms and conditions of coupon usage.

• Configuration Items:

  • Number of Coupon Uses

  • Coupon Coverage Scope

B. Bundle Coupon

The Bundle Coupon is a method where you package multiple services together into a single coupon.

• Configuration Method:

  • Select the services to be used.

  • Set the number of uses for each individual service.

  • Generate the coupon based on the combination of selected services and usage counts.

• Verify that the newly created coupon has been added inside the dropdown selection box.

• ‘Please return to “1. When Issuing a Pre-made Coupon to a Customer” to proceed with the issuance.
