Roles serve as the baseline criteria for determining which menus your institution's affiliated members can view or edit. After designating a role as a primary classification, you can secondary-adjust granular, menu-by-menu permissions within that role. You can also create new roles or freely rename existing ones.
Except for the Administrator, you can freely modify permission options or delete any of these roles.
Administrator: Holds full viewing and editing permissions for all menus and settings. Permissions cannot be modified, and the role cannot be deleted.
Manager: Can view and edit all schedules, all customers, and document forms, and can view members. Permissions can be modified, and the role can be deleted.
Provider: Can only view all schedules, document forms, and members. Permissions can be modified, and the role can be deleted.
Basic: The most restricted role, allowing viewing only for all schedules and members. Permissions can be modified, but the role cannot be deleted.
For each role, you can configure whether to grant viewing-only permissions or include editing permissions for major menus. Regardless of these settings, any member can separately view and edit schedules or customers where they are directly assigned as the person in recollection.
All Schedules
View Permission: Allows viewing the entire institution's schedules.
Edit Permission: Allows modifying all schedules. Granting this automatically bestows viewing permissions for all customers as well.
All Customers
View Permission: Allows checking the entire customer roster list, but detailed profile information remains hidden.
Edit Permission: Allows modifying customer details. Granting this automatically bestows editing permissions for all schedules as well.Deleting a customer is strictly restricted to members who hold editing permissions for all customers.
Document
View Permission: Allows checking document templates and sharing documents with customers. Providers require this viewing permission to send and receive documents with their clients.
Edit Permission: Allows adding new document templates or modifying and deleting existing ones.
Members
View Permission: Allows checking only basic information (Name, Role, Contact Number, Email) on the member list, excluding contract details. Viewing or editing detailed profiles, work schedules, uploaded files, and contract information requires separate Member & Payroll Management permission.
Services / Schedule Amounts
View Permission: Allows checking services, pricing details, customer payment history, and revenue analytics. Members can also perform payment/tender processing and configure service/schedule price settings.
A member who only needs to modify their own assigned schedules: They do not need full viewing or editing permissions for all schedules or customers. Regardless of overarching permissions, they can directly modify any schedule where they are explicitly designated as the person in charge.
A member who only needs to distribute documents to customers: They only require viewing permissions for document forms. If they do not need to add or modify templates, exclude editing permissions.
A member in charge of managing members and rosters: Assign them the Member Management permission. Granting this automatically includes viewing and editing permissions for schedules and customers, enabling them to execute member management tasks.
Affiliated Group & Institution Settings: Allows changing the institution's name, address, and contact info, as well as managing notification configurations sent to customers or staff.
Permission Management: Assigns roles and access controls to each member. Because this is a powerful privilege that can alter all access rights within the institution, it must be granted with caution.
Institution Revenue: Allows checking the institution's overall revenue and analysis data. Even without this permission, if a member has schedules and customers they manage, they can still check their own corresponding revenue history records.
Member Management: Allows viewing and editing members' contract information, work schedules, and registered files.
Membership Billing: Allows processing payments for membership plans, premium notifications, and credit packages, as well as managing billing history and payment methods.
