Payment processing is a feature that takes a schedule in the "Before Payment" status—where a completed service has not yet been paid for—and changes it to "Payment Completed" using the customer's remaining balance of direct deposits, vouchers, or coupons. Through payment processing, you can finalize schedule settlements and track whether a Partially paid status has occurred.
Depending on your operational context, you can process payments for individual or multiple schedules via two paths:
Schedule Details Screen: Select the Process Payment button located at the bottom of a schedule that is in the "Process Payment" status.
Billing Menu within Revenue: Hovering your mouse over the list of schedules to be paid reveals the Payment button. In this menu, you can also select multiple items to process payments all at once.
You can apply coupons, vouchers, or direct deposits by clicking on the items you want to use. Combined payments using multiple methods simultaneously are also supported.
Coupons & Vouchers: Selecting the item to use from the list applies it immediately.
direct (Tender): You can enter the specific amount you wish to pay manually, within the limit of the remaining balance held by the customer.
If you want to cancel a selected payment method or change the amount, you can unassign it using the two methods below. When a payment method is canceled, the Partially paid amount is recalculated and updated on the screen in real time.
Using the X Button: Clicking the X button next to an applied coupon or direct deposit item instantly unassigns that specific payment method.
Using the Menu Window: Access the coupon, voucher, or direct deposit window directly to uncheck and clear the selected items.
If there is still a remaining balance after applying your payment methods, you must select one of the three options below at the bottom to complete the transaction. The amounts are calculated on the screen in real time based on your selection, allowing you to preview how the final payment status will be updated.
Keep Unpaid: Completes the transaction while leaving the remaining balance as an unpaid amount. (Final Payment Status: Partially paid)
Pay Unpaid: Finalizes the settlement by paying the remaining outstanding balance immediately using another payment method, such as a credit card. (Final Payment Status: Paid)
Delete Unpaid: Processes the transaction by applying a discount equivalent to the remaining unpaid amount. (Final Payment Status: Paid)
Example: If the schedule cost is 500,000 KRW and the outstanding balance is 100,000 KRW, selecting "Delete Partially Paid Balance" changes the schedule cost to 400,000 KRW and applies a 100,000 KRW discount.
Final Confirmation: Once the payment processing is finished, a final confirmation window appears, allowing you to review the overall billing breakdown.
Notification Channels: After payment completion, you can send payment receipts and remaining balance notifications to the customer. Text message and email channels are supported.
Sequential Payment Support: You can select multiple customers at once to process their payments. After verifying the target list on the left side of the screen, you can proceed sequentially by choosing the payment method for each individual customer.
Individual Logic Application: Since each customer holds a different tender status, payment methods and items are applied independently for each customer.
