Status | Description |
Completed | The message was successfully sent to all recipients. |
Failed | The entire transmission failed, due to reasons such as insufficient credits. |
Scheduled | A message registered for scheduled sending has not been sent yet. It will be sent automatically at the designated time. |
Partially Completed | The message was sent to some recipients, but failed for others (due to insufficient credits, unreachable numbers, etc.). |
Sending | The system is processing the message, and it has not yet arrived for some recipients. It will automatically update after a short period. |
Click on the message you want to check for detailed information from the Sent History list.
You can review the following details on the detailed screen:
The content of the sent message
The delivery status for each individual recipient (Success, Failure, etc.)
The date and time of dispatch, and the method used (Text)
You can check exactly who received the message and who did not by looking at the status displayed next to each recipient.
