Logo Upload: We support PNG, JPG, or GIF file formats.
Modify: You can upload a new image file via the ‘Upload Logo’ button.
Delete: You can delete the uploaded image via the ‘Reset Logo’ button.
The name and contact information of your affiliated group/institution are exposed to customers in the notifications sent out to them.
For Hub plans, only members who possess management permissions for the affiliated group/institution can configure these settings.
You can configure the operating hours of your affiliated group/institution. Once set, you can check the officehour and days off directly in the [Schedules] menu.
When configuring your operating hours, please select only the actual business intervals, excluding break times.
Example: If your operating hours are 10:00 – 17:00 and your break time is 12:00 – 13:00, please select the operating hours as two separate intervals: 10:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.
For days that are not business days, please uncheck the corresponding checkboxes.
You can configure temporary holidays, excluding the default operating hours and regular days off.
If a holiday repeats every year, please check the “Apply this holiday yearly” checkbox.
