You can check or modify the account information you configured during sign-up, and manage external calendar integrations as well as social media account linkages.
This area is used to manage your profile picture and core personal information. To change your information, select the Edit button, modify the fields, and then make sure to press the Save button that activates in the same location to apply the final changes.
Name: This information is displayed to customers, so using your real name is highly recommended.
Profile Picture: Supports PNG, JPG, and GIF file formats. You can register a new image using the Upload Photo button, or remove it using the Reset Photo button.
Email: This serves as your ID baseline when logging in and is the primary address used to receive key system notifications.
Password: This information is used if you signed up directly using an email address rather than a social media login. If you lose your password, you can request a reset email from the re-login screen.
Contact Number: The phone number used to receive text messages or KakaoTalk notifications.
Integrating your Google Calendar allows the schedules within the system to automatically sync and reflect on your Google Calendar.
Integration Method: Simply select the Integrate button and connect your personal Google account to complete the setup.
Sync Baseline: Only schedules newly created after the point of completing the integration will be reflected in your Google Calendar.
Permission Notice: For Hub plans, even if a member does not possess full schedule viewing or editing permissions within the system, they can still check any schedules where they are designated as the person in charge through their integrated Google Calendar.
Social Account Integration: You can link or unlink your Google and Apple accounts. Easily manage your integration status using the toggle switches on the right.
Account Deletion: If you no longer wish to use the service, you can proceed with deleting your account.
Upon deletion, all personal information and activity records associated with the account will be permanently deleted immediately. Please exercise extreme caution, as deleted data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
