You can increase your marketing effectiveness by adding images and buttons, and easily manage frequently used messages using the text save and load features.

This is the step where you freely input the content of the text message to be sent to customers.

  • Promotional Text Messaging Settings: When sending text messages for commercial purposes, you must check the advertising phrase and opt-out options. This is a mandatory requirement to comply with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

    • When checked, an "Advertising" indicator is attached to the beginning of the text, and a toll-free opt-out phone number is automatically inserted at the bottom. Messages will not be sent to customers who have opted out, even if they are included in the recipient list. Furthermore, nighttime text messages (from 21:00 to 08:00 the next day) can only be sent to customers who have given separate prior consent.

  • Contact Number Display Option: Since the messaging service is sent on behalf of your institution through the officehour system, it is recommended to check the "No-reply text notice & show institution contact number" option at the bottom of the content. This ensures that customers who receive the text can easily verify the contact information of the sending institution.

  • Saving and Loading Messages: You can store frequently used reservation instructions or announcement phrases by clicking the Save Text button. Saved messages can be reloaded at any time through the Text Archive menu, and previously sent sentences can be retrieved and reused directly from the Sent History menu.

You can construct high-attention messages by adding images. This is highly effective when sending promotions, events, or visit-inducing messages.

  • Credit Deduction Standard: When sending a message with an added image or button, 2 additional credits are applied on top of the standard text message rate of 1 credit, resulting in a total deduction of 3 credits per message.

The target recipients to receive the text messages are designated through the following two methods:

  • Load from Customer List: Select the recipients from the existing customer list already registered in the officehour system.

  • Add as New Customer: A method where you directly enter the name and contact information to designate them as a recipient. The information entered at this time is automatically registered as a new customer in the system simultaneously with the recipient designation.

  • Simultaneous Sending to Additional Contacts: If you check the "Send to customer's additional contacts" item, the exact same message will also be sent to any additional contacts (such as guardians) registered in that customer's profile.

  • Instant Sending: Pressing the Send button after finishing your message will immediately initiate the transmission.

  • Scheduled Sending: After specifying your desired date and time, pressing the Send button will automatically dispatch the message at the configured time. Scheduled text messages remain in a "Scheduled" status within the system until the actual transmission takes place. All sending results and statuses can be verified in the Sent History menu.
