This guide introduces the screen layout and core features when entering the officehour video service. Without any separate software installations, you can simultaneously manage schedules, share documents, and write session logs directly within your web browser.
Customer Basic Information: You can check the customer's contact details and memos on one side of the screen. Selecting the mobile number or email address copies it instantly. In the memo area, you can record and track critical customer notes that need constant attention during the video session.
Screen Transition System: By default, the customer and the Provider are displayed in a large view on the screen. However, when you use a tool or share a document, that material is displayed as the main large view in the center, while the customer and Provider video feeds shrink and move to the top right corner.
This area controls the core hardware devices of the video meeting, such as the microphone, camera, and screen sharing.
Microphone & Camera: Toggle between ON and OFF states with each click. Upon entering the room, both are set to ON by default.
Screen Sharing: Set to OFF by default. Clicking the button allows you to choose between the following two options:
Share Tools & Documents: Select a tool or document within the system and drag it to the center of the video screen to share. Simply dragging the material from the right panel will automatically activate it.
Share Screen: Share the Provider's PC screen with the customer in real time. If a material is already being shared, clicking this button will unshare it.
End Session: The button used to terminate the video service. For data stability, it is highly recommended that the Provider selects the end button only after confirming that the customer has exited first.
A collection of features to control and emphasize elements on the screen during a meeting. It can be expanded or hidden using the collapse/expand toolbar button.
Location Marker: A tool used to temporarily emphasize the section currently being explained during screen sharing. It serves to visually point out the active part or the location being mentioned.
Screen Lock: A feature that locks the current screen state while sharing a tool or document. When the screen is locked, document editing features are disabled to prevent accidental misoperation.
Collapse/Expand Right Panel: Hides or reveals the right panel. Collapsing the panel allows you to utilize a wider video call screen.
A multi-functional panel where you can check customer information, browse the tool and document lists to share them on the screen during the video service.
Basic Info Tab: Constantly check the customer's profile information and memos recorded by the Provider.
Documents Tab: Review various documents such as consent forms or pledges and pull them onto the video screen. A "Consented" tag is displayed next to documents that the customer has successfully signed/agreed to.
Tools Tab: Browse and share a variety of online tools needed for counseling and classes. You can click the favorites button to filter and display only your frequently used tools.
