This is a convenient feature that allows you to send your institution's services to customers via a single link, enabling customers to request reservations directly.
Customized Service Configuration: You can configure a dedicated reservation page by selecting only the necessary services based on the nature of the consultation (e.g., couple counseling, video counseling).
Easy Link Sharing: You can copy the generated unique URL and deliver it directly to customers through various channels such as text messages or social media.
Real-Time Reservation Integration: As soon as a customer completes a reservation, it is automatically recorded in the officehour schedule, allowing you to manage your schedule without omissions.
Create New Booking Page: You can create a page by clicking the Create Booking Page button in the top right corner of the screen. Up to 6 booking pages can be created to fit your institution's operational style.
Publish Switch: Created pages can be checked at a glance in a card format. If you are ready to accept reservations, turn on the switch to activate it. Upon activation, it becomes instantly accessible to customers.
Caution: If you turn off the publish switch to deactivate it, the address becomes a non-existent URL that customers cannot access. Therefore, exercise caution if you have already sent the address to your customers.
You can use the buttons at the bottom of each page card to share it with customers or inspect the screen.
Navigate: Used when you want to preview the screen and check how the page actually appears to customers.
Copy: Copies the booking page address. The copied address can be easily sent to customers via KakaoTalk or text message.
Clicking the More button in the top right corner of the page card reveals the management menu.
Edit: Used when you need to modify consultation details or page options.
Delete: Completely removes a booking page that is no longer in operation from the list.
