We have identified an issue in Raffle315 where customer tags were not added to campaign winners and non-winners.
Once you update the app permissions, customer tags will be added. Tags will also be added to winners and non-winners of past campaigns.
Please update the app permissions by Sunday, October 25, 2026.
In campaigns with Assign Customer Tags Based on Lottery Results enabled, customer tags were not added to winners and non-winners. Stores that have not updated the app permissions are still affected.
Campaigns created on or around September 24, 2026, or later that have Assign Customer Tags Based on Lottery Results enabled
Winner selection and result emails were processed as usual. There is no other impact.
Go to Shopify admin > Apps > Raffle315
On the permission update screen, click
UpdateWhen the app dashboard loads as usual, the update is complete
Customer tags will be added to winners and non-winners in future campaigns.
Customer tags will also be added to winners and non-winners of past campaigns. No further action is required.
