When you use "宅急便コンパクト" (Ta-Q-Bin Compact), you will need a special box. Please purchase a box at your nearest Yamato retail store or a convenience store. For sneakers and shoes, we consider the original box, with the correct style code (model number) and size, to be part of the product. Please list your item accurately in regards to the box condition as well as the presence/absence of accessories. If the actual condition of the box does not match the listing information, we will confirm the condition with the buyer and ask if they want to continue with the transaction. You can bring items to the SNKRDUNK store by selecting "店舗持ち込み" when selecting the scheduled shipping date. You will not be able to drop the item off at the store, if you bring other items that are not scheduled for drop off, or if you bring an item that was requested by the SNKRDUNK management office to be reshipped to the authentication center. Use appropriate packing materials To prevent damage or wrinkling to the item, please ship using appropriately sized packing materials. Please be sure to use cardboard boxes for items that are likely to be damaged, such as watches and Be@rbrick.
