1. Paid search advertising is not eligible for commissions.Section 7 excludes from Qualifying Purchases any referral that reaches us through a "Prohibited Paid Search Placement" — an advertisement purchased by bidding on keywords or search terms, or by otherwise participating in keyword auctions. This applies to all keyword bidding, not only SOUNDRAW-branded terms. Referrals from Google Ads and comparable paid search platforms therefore do not earn commissions.
2. No SOUNDRAW trademarks in domains or account names.Under Section 2(f), you may not use a SOUNDRAW trademark, or a variant or misspelling of one, in any domain name, subdomain, username, or social media handle.
3. Coupon and deal-site placements are not eligible.Section 7 excludes referrals from coupon or deal-focused sites, including placements using "reveal the coupon code" or similar mechanics.
4. Use only approved marketing materials.Please use the creatives, copy, and assets we make available in the affiliate portal, in line with the Trademark Guidelines.
5. Represent SOUNDRAW accurately, and disclose your relationship.Do not overstate our features or licensing terms, and do not imply that you represent or speak on behalf of SOUNDRAW (Section 10). Your site must clearly disclose that you participate in the affiliate program.
6. Attribution window.A tracking session ends 24 hours after the initial click. Please factor this in when planning any promotion.
If you do not comply: Under Section 4, we may withhold accrued commissions, close your account without payment of commissions, and terminate the agreement.
