SOUNDRAW holds neighboring rights (rights to sound recordings) regarding AI music generated by SOUNDRAW. This right allows SOUNDRAW to distribute, license and manage the generated sound sources.

However, you own the copyright to any creative elements you add to the music (e.g. adding vocals, adding instruments, changing the composition, etc.).

In other words, SOUNDRAW owns the rights to the sound source itself generated by SOUNDRAW, but your creation remains your property.

In addition, regarding copyright (rights related to composition and creation), since SOUNDRAW sound sources are automatically generated by AI, copyright in the general sense (rights that accrue to creation by humans) may not occur.

However, since SOUNDRAW develops AI using samples and composition designs by in-house music producers, it indirectly holds and claims some copyrights.

Through this system, SOUNDRAW's sound sources are managed under a clear legal framework, and users can use and customize their music with peace of mind in accordance with the license agreement.
