If you are using an iPhone or iPad, first check if silent mode is turned off!

Your settings might cause this problem. Turn off "Private Relay" and "Tracking".

1. Click "Safari" mark above and "Settings for soundraw.io"

2. Click the toggle next to Auto-Play, marked in pink here

3. You will see 3 options. Please select "Allow All Auto-Play".

Please test your internet speed with this link! Also, the following tips might be helpful

  • Restart your PC

  • Change the type of device you are using (PC, smartphone, etc.)

  • Change the type of browser you are using (Safari, Chrome, etc.)

  • Clear your browser's cache

  • Change your network environment (WIFi, tethering, etc.)

  • If you are using security software, turn it off for SOUNDRAW pages.
