In this hands-on training session, participants will use VideoStep’s editing features to edit a sample video and gain practical experience. This is a valuable opportunity not only for beginners but also for current users to learn more effective ways to utilize the platform.


How to Download

  1. Click the three-dot menu at the bottom right of the video.

  2. Click the “ダりンロヌド(Download)” button to save the file to your computer.


As of the August 22, 2025 update, the editing interface has been redesigned.

You can switch languages using the [Translate] button at the bottom of the video player (24 languages supported).

  3. Send your question. ① We will connect you with our support team, so please send your inquiry. ② Our support hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (JST). However, if a support representative is available outside these hours, we will do our best to respond. Inquiries are handled in the order they are received, so we kindly ask for your patience. We typically respond within an hour, but you will receive a reply within one business day at the latest.
