ALF can now reference public articles within private spaces when responding without displaying the source links. This is perfect if you want ALF’s responses to hide article source links!
Rest assured, with this update, if 'Publish to website' is turned off, ALF will not reference public articles by default.
Before: ALF would not reference public articles if 'Publish to website' is turned off.
After: ALF can now reference public articles, even when 'Publish to website' is turned off.
Participating in multiple channels? You can now easily copy workflows from one channel to another, making it super simple to manage your tasks across different channels!
When new managers join your channel, we’ve made it easier for them to explore different chats and start engaging. For two weeks, they'll get a 'Recommended Chat' list to help them jump right into conversations.
In 2024, the standout feature at Channel Talk capturing everyone’s attention was undoubtedly our AI functionality! Thanks to your feedback, ALF has made incredible progress and delivered outstanding results.
We’re excited to announce that ALF’s official release is coming on November 1st, 2024, following the end of the free beta service. Stay tuned for the official launch announcement!
