Official Launch of AI Agent ALF!(2024.11.01)

In 2024, the AI features have been the most exciting and widely discussed additions to Channel Talk, thanks to your support and feedback. With your continued interest and contributions, ALF—the AI Agent—has made remarkable progress and achieved significant milestones.

We are now excited to share the news that, following a free beta period, the AI Agent ALF will officially launch as a full-fledged service.

More than 600 Companies Are Already Using ALF

In just five months since its beta launch, ALF has been adopted by over 600 companies. These span a variety of sectors, from fashion and beauty e-commerce to high-engagement commerce like travel and education, as well as platforms/services and B2B. ALF’s versatility and effectiveness have led to its widespread adoption across industries.

ALF Resolves 30% of All Inquiries Independently

ALF is currently handling over 20,000 inquiries weekly, with approximately 30% of these resolved without any need for agent intervention. E-commerce sectors, which typically receive simpler inquiries, benefited from cost savings of around 34%. Even in the more complex and diverse B2B sector, ALF managed to resolve around 19% of inquiries, showcasing its versatility and effectiveness across different industries.

ALF’s pricing is set to be much more affordable than traditional agent handling costs or global AI chat services. You will only be billed for inquiries resolved without agent involvement, making ALF a more cost-effective choice. With ALF providing 24/7 multilingual support across 33 languages, you can optimize operational costs efficiently.

*Rates are applied progressively based on usage tiers.

*An additional 10% VAT applies.

  • Billing Methodology

    • Charges apply only to user chats resolved by ALF.

    • Each user chat is billed only once, no matter how many interactions occur within that chat.

*A meaningful response refers to any reply where ALF uses an FAQ, RAG, or command to address the user's question.

  • Special Promotion for ALF Launch

Worried about predicting your usage? Don’t be! Until January 31, 2025, you can use ALF as much as you'd like, and you’ll never pay more than $500 per month.

  • This promotion is available to customers who use the ALF add-on at least once between November 1, 2024, and January 31, 2025.

  • For up to 555 chats per month, a rate of $0.90 per chat applies. If your usage exceeds 556 chats in a month, the total cost will be capped at $500.

To disable ALF responses, follow these steps:

  1. Go to [Workflow] → [Active] and locate the workflows marked with the [AI] badge.

  2. Delete all ALF response actions within the relevant workflow steps and publish the changes.

  3. Go to [Channel Settings] → [ALF (AI agent)] → [ALF Settings], disable “Activate Command,” “Activate FAQ,” and “Activate Document,” then save.
