Who This Applies To: All channels currently on a Free or paid plan
On October 16, 2026, Channel Works AI Edition will officially launch.
In preparation for the launch, AI features previously offered in beta, including ALF Marketing and CoS for work, will gradually end their beta periods and become officially available.
Once officially launched, these features will only be available on paid plans of AI Edition. To continue using these AI features, you’ll need to switch to a paid AI Edition plan.
If you’re currently on a paid plan, you can keep your existing plan. However, to continue using the AI features listed below, you’ll need to switch to a paid AI Edition plan. Your existing pricing and all other features not listed below will remain unchanged.
If you’re currently on a free plan, you’ll automatically transition to the new Free+ plan starting October 16. To continue using the AI features listed below, you’ll need to switch to a paid AI Edition plan.
Please review the schedule and availability for each feature below.
Beta access under existing plans (SaaS Edition) will remain available until the dates listed below. You can continue using these features by switching to AI Edition.

The following features are applicable to channels currently on the Free plan: CoS for Work, Data Sources & Drive, AI Writer, and Auto Translation.
If you don’t switch to a paid AI Edition plan, you’ll no longer be able to use the applicable AI features on your existing plan (SaaS Edition) once their beta periods end. Please review the following and prepare accordingly based on the features you currently use.
CoS for Work: Starting October 16, 2026 (Fri.), creating new conversations and running scheduled tasks will be restricted. You’ll still be able to view existing conversation history. Please prepare alternative ways to complete any necessary tasks.
Notebook: Starting October 16, 2026 (Fri.), creating, running, and scheduling automatic runs of notebooks, as well as publishing them, will be restricted. You’ll still be able to view existing notebooks. Please save any necessary information in advance and prepare alternative ways to complete your workflows.
Drive: Please download and back up any stored files by October 15, 2026 (Thu.).
ALF Marketing: Please decide whether to continue your campaigns by October 15, 2026 (Thu.).
To continue using officially launched AI features, such as CoS for Work, please switch to Channel Works AI Edition.
Starting October 16, 2026 (Fri.), you can review the migration process and pricing in Channel Works under [Channel Settings] → [Subscription & Billing] → [Service Subscription].
