FASBEE provides the following shipping methods depending on the destination country.
Please note that after the package departs Japan, FASBEE is unable to adjust the delivery status. For further inquiries, please kindly contact your local delivery carrier.
️EMS International Mail
After arriving in the destination country, your package will be delivered to your home by the local post office.
7ELEVEN Store Pickup
7ELEVEN pickup has package size limits.
If the package exceeds the specified size at the time of shipment, the delivery method will be switched to home delivery automatically.
Size Limit: 45 × 30 × 30 cm (Longest side must be within 45 cm)
Your package will be delivered to the designated 7-ELEVEN store, and you will receive an SMS notification once it arrives.Please pick up your order within 7 days after receiving the SMS.
If the package is not collected within the pickup period, an additional delivery fee will be charged and the package will be redirected to your home address.

️UPS International Shipping
Starting from August 29, 2025, customs duties will apply to orders shipped to the United States.Therefore, FASBEE will ship using the DDP method (Delivery Duty Paid), which includes duties and handling fees.
By paying all costs—product price + shipping fee + customs duties + clearance fee—at checkout, you can receive your package smoothly with no additional charges upon delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please enter a street address.If a P.O. Box address is provided, our customer support team will contact you to confirm an alternative delivery address before shipment.
