FASBEE provides the following shipping methods depending on the destination country.
Please note that after the package departs Japan, FASBEE is unable to adjust the delivery status. For further inquiries, please kindly contact your local delivery carrier.
EMS International Mail
After arriving in the destination country, your package will be delivered to your home by the local post office.
Convenience Store Pickup (7-ELEVEN)
Available when the total number of purchased items is three or fewer.
Your package will be delivered to the designated 7-ELEVEN store, and you will receive an SMS notification once it arrives.Please pick up your order within 7 days after receiving the SMS.
If the package is not collected within the pickup period, an additional delivery fee will be charged and the package will be redirected to your home address.
Important Notes
Convenience store pickup is subject to size and weight limitations. If your package exceeds these limits, it will be automatically switched to home delivery.
If such a change occurs, our staff will contact you separately.
UPS International Shipping
Starting from August 29, 2025, customs duties will apply to orders shipped to the United States.Therefore, FASBEE will ship using the DDP method (Delivery Duty Paid), which includes duties and handling fees.
By paying all costs—product price + shipping fee + customs duties + clearance fee—at checkout, you can receive your package smoothly with no additional charges upon delivery.
