What are the shipping costs？

To ensure your items are handled with care, we ship from two different distribution centers based on product characteristics. Since shipping origins may vary by item, please review the following guidelines before shopping.

Free Shipping Conditions

Shipping is free for each distribution center when the order value from that specific warehouse is ¥20,000 or more.Note: Even if the total cart value exceeds ¥20,000, if the subtotal for each warehouse is below ¥20,000, shipping fees will apply to each.

  1. If you purchase pre-order and regular items together, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

  2. Reserved and back-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival. Please be aware that this may take longer than expected. If an item arrives earlier than scheduled, it will be shipped out sooner. Also, estimated shipping dates may change or be delayed depending on the brand's circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

  3. If we are unable to fulfill an order with multiple items, we may cancel the unavailable item or the entire order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  4. Package delivery times may be affected by the shop's preparation or shipping times.
