In the Coupon Management menu, you can register and manage coupons used by your institution. Coupons serve as a discount or prepayment method provided to customers and can be utilized during schedule payments. In this menu, you can handle everything at once, from checking the coupon list to adding, modifying, and deleting them.
When you navigate to the Coupon Management menu, you can check the currently registered coupon list and find the button to add new coupons. From the coupon list, you can verify registered coupon information, modify coupons, add a tender with the respective coupon, and delete coupons.
Modifying Coupons: Even if you modify the details of a coupon template, existing coupons that have already been issued to customers will remain intact. Only coupons issued after the modifications are completed will be newly generated with the updated content.
Deleting Coupons: Deleting a coupon template does not affect coupons that have already been issued and are currently held by customers; they can still be used. Furthermore, coupons that have already been fully used will also remain completely intact within past payment records. Deleting a coupon should be understood as a concept that simply stops any new future issuances.
You can register a new coupon template by clicking the Add Coupon button in the top right corner of the Coupon Management screen. There are two distinct methods to operate and add a coupon
A method where the user can freely configure the terms and conditions of coupon usage as desired.
Configuration Items: Number of coupon uses, Coupon coverage scope
Key Feature: If a specific service is designated within the coupon coverage scope, the coupon can only be utilized for schedules belonging to that designated service.
A method where you package multiple services together into a single coupon.
Configuration Method: Select the services to be used, set the number of uses for each individual service, and generate the coupon based on the combination of selected services and usage counts.
Key Feature: Just like the Direct Coupon, the coupon can only be utilized for schedules included in the bundled service combination.
