The Self-Booking Page is an independent reservation channel unique to your institution, allowing customers to request reservations directly through a dedicated address. It is fully optimized for both mobile and PC environments, making it as convenient to use as a standard homepage.
Before creating a booking page, finish the basic setup on the Setting Page.
This is the step where you register the main address and institution information for the page within the Self-Booking Settings menu.
1) Booking Page Title: A name for internal management purposes used to efficiently distinguish each page within the institution. It is not exposed to customers.
2) Representative Domain Setting: Enter a unique main address that symbolizes your institution, and be sure to check its availability. We recommend entering a short, easy-to-remember English name. Once configured, it will be used as the common, fixed address for all created booking pages (up to 6).
2-2) Subdomain Concept: This is a structure where a detailed address (subdomain) that distinguishes each page is appended to the main address (representative domain). By keeping the main address fixed and only changing the detailed address at the end, you can operate different booking pages independently.
3) Registering Institution Introduction and Images: Add an introductory text and images to be displayed at the top of the booking page. You can register between 1 and 5 images, with the first image designated as the representative image. The file capacity supports up to 20 megabytes (MB) per image, and the recommended specifications are 1920 by 400 pixels. Registered images are displayed at the top of the webpage, while the introduction text is shown in the detailed information area.
Once you have completed the Self-Booking Settings, click the Create Booking Page button to configure the detailed items. You can create and operate up to 6 pages.
Service Configuration: Select the services you want to display on the page to accept reservations. If existing services do not appear in the list, you must go to the Service Management menu within Settings and set the category of those services to "Self-Booking." If you need a new service, you can add it instantly via the Create Self-Booking Service button.
Assigning Personnel and Display Order (Hub-Only): Designate up to 3 people to handle the service. If you assign multiple people, you can adjust the display priority on the screen by dragging the icon on the left side of the list. Available reservation times will be displayed based on the staff member's working hours on the booking screen, and if schedules overlap, they will be exposed in accordance with the configured priority order.
You can immediately start operating your channel by utilizing the buttons at the bottom of the created page cards.
1) Publish Switch: When you turn on the toggle switch, it activates in green, and the page becomes instantly accessible for customers to make reservations. If you turn off the switch to deactivate it, the address changes to an invalid link, so exercise caution if you have already sent the address to customers.
2) Go to Page and Copy Features: Pressing the Go to Page button allows you to preview the actual customer screen, while pressing the Copy button copies the URL address of that page so you can quickly send it via messages.
After publishing a booking page, you can analyze your cumulative booking status and revenue metrics in real time through the Analytics menu.
Real-Time Bookings and Revenue Status: You can check the total revenue generated through the Self-Booking Pages during a specified period, and a graph is provided to show revenue growth or decline compared to the previous month.
Revenue Composition Analysis: By checking percentage data to see which service accounts for the highest share of sales or which staff member reservations are concentrated on, you can establish marketing strategies for the upcoming cycle.
Performance Comparison by Page: By comparing the Page View (PV) metrics of your created booking pages, you can understand at a glance which booking address attracted the most customer traffic.
