Through the Payments and Settlements tab on the customer details screen, you can track the status of the customer's remaining payment balances and manage settlement details that are automatically calculated based on schedules.
Top Summary Information: Information regarding the customer's remaining coupons, vouchers, and payment balances is displayed, and each payment type can be added directly from the screen.
Bottom List and Switcher: A list of added payment histories is displayed. By using the payment type switcher at the top of the list, you can view details categorized by payments, vouchers, and coupons.
In the billing history menu, you can check and process amounts that have been automatically settled according to the schedules conducted with the customer. You can search using various filters to match your desired settlement conditions.
Before Payment: Refers to a status where the schedule has taken place but payment processing has not yet been performed.
Payment Completed: A status where settlement is finalized by deducting the schedule cost from the customer's remaining payment balance (payments, vouchers, or coupons).
Outstanding (Payment Required): A status where payment processing was attempted, but the settlement amount resulted in a negative balance because the customer's remaining payment balance was insufficient.
