When checking the option "Exclude winners from future raffles for a specific period" during the "Finalize Provisional Winners" process, those winners will be excluded from future raffles for the set period (exclusion list).
Entrants within the exclusion period will not be selected even if you run a raffle. Therefore, if all entries are from excluded users, the raffle will run, but no winners will be selected.
Please check whether "Exclude winners from future raffles for a specific period" was checked during past tests or raffles when finalizing winners.
Email addresses on the exclusion list will become eligible for raffles again once their exclusion period ends.
Currently, there is no feature to remove email addresses from the exclusion list via the admin panel. If you wish to remove them before the exclusion period ends, please contact support.
