Why can customers purchase lottery products as regular products?

Due to Shopify’s limitations, the app hides the “Add to cart” button to prevent purchases. However, depending on the theme or browser tools, customers may still be able to purchase. To prevent this, we recommend: - Remove the “Add to cart” button using a dedicated product template (See: Help page) - Remove the product from the shipping profile during the lottery period and add it back after it ends

Provisional winners are not finalized even after running the raffle.

All entrants may be included in the exclusion list. Cause --- When checking the option "Exclude winners from future raffles for a specific period" during the "Finalize Provisional Winners" process, those winners will be excluded from future raffles for the set period (exclusion list). Entrants within the exclusion period will not be selected even if you run a raffle. Therefore, if all entries are from excluded users, the raffle will run, but no winners will be selected. Can I run another raffle after the campaign has ended to select winners from unsuccessful entries or unpaid (expired) entries?

No. Once you end the campaign (finalize the unsuccessful entries), you cannot run another raffle. If you want to select additional winners from unsuccessful entries or unpaid entries whose Payment Deadline has expired, do not end the campaign. Instead, repeat the winner selection process. This applies to customers whose status is “Pending Drawing”. If you want to run another raffle for a campaign that has already ended, create a new campaign. Please refer to this Help page.
