Regarding shipment of items from SNKRDUNK, while our main center of operation is in Japan, please note that we have authentication centers in both Japan and in Singapore. For this reason, your item may be sent from either Japan or Singapore. Should the seller in the transaction be based in Japan, your item will be sent directly to our authentication center in Japan, but if the seller is based elsewhere, your item will be sent to the center in Singapore before being shipped to yourself. It is not possible to pick up an item bought on the SNKRDUNK app directly at the SNKRDUNK physical store. This is because the SNKRDUNK app and the SNKRDUNK physical store in Singapore have different service systems. Buying an item on the SNKRDUNK app means that you were matched to an individual seller that listed that specific item on the app, meaning that the item will need to go through the authentication process before being shipped to your registered address on the SNKRDUNK app. On the other

After your item has been delivered, the transaction will be automatically marked as “completed” within a few days. Please rest assured that no further action is required from your end. SNKRDUNK does not offer the option to specify a delivery date and time. Please contact Fedex (or Ninja Van for domestic deliveries inside Singapore) directly if you wish to request a specific date and time for delivery.
