The proven strengths of ALF are now available for phone support! ALF Call Beta is here. Now, you can entrust not only chat but also phone calls to ALF. You can connect it directly to your existing phone line, and even set it to operate only at specific stages of your IVR flow.

Channel Talk Phone can now be connected not only to your PC or mobile device, but also to a regular desk phone (). Enjoy making and receiving Channel Talk calls in more ways than ever.

Do you find yourself scrolling in the right-hand panel during chats to find the info you need, like chat details, customer information, or the chat list? Now you can reorder the panel so the most important information appears first, and hide any unnecessary items, saving time when looking for information.

Click More (···) in the top right corner of your inbox, select “Panel Settings,” then drag items to reorder or hide them.
Certain items, such as team, assignee, and follower information, are fixed at the top and cannot be customized.
Customization is manager-specific, so changes you make won’t affect the entire channel.

From the new feature button at the bottom of the ALF Team screen, you can quickly draft announcements, reports, guide documents, and marketing messages. Simply fill out a short form for your purpose and hit “Generate.” ALF Team will send the prepared custom prompt automatically. The content created with ALF Team can also be sent directly to your Inbox composer through Side View.

When you highlight text in the message composer, the AI Writing Assistant now includes a “Polish Sentence” option. It helps refine your thoughts into clearer, more concise, and more logical sentences.

You can now set workflows to automatically delete messages, either from customers or managers, after a set delay if they contain specific keywords or attachments. This helps you safely manage sensitive information by deleting the data or files you’ve received.
