Target : Channels subscribing to the Early Stage plan and ssing ALF
Hello from the Channel Talk Team,
Starting Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM KST/7:00 AM EST, ALF support will end for the Early Stage Plan. Please review the information below to ensure smooth operation.
※Note: Until Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM//7:00 AM EST, ALF v1 (existing ALF version) can continue to be used.
The ALF v1 tab will no longer be visible under AI → ALF Customer ; only the ALF v2 tab will be displayed.
ALF will be available if you upgrade to the Growth Plan.
Customers will not be able to type in chats that are currently handled by ALF.
To maintain smooth chat flow:
Customers can start a new conversation via Contact Us.
Managers can manually open ongoing v1 chats to close them if necessary.
If a workflow contains an ALF Customer action, the action will not run and the workflow will proceed to Workflow End.
The rest of the workflow (excluding the ALF Customer action) will operate normally.
We recommend removing ALF Customer actions from workflows before Thursday, November 27, 8:00 PM/7:00AM EST and making any necessary adjustments based on your operations.
Technological advances and recent price increases have changed the service environment. To provide optimal products and services, Channel Talk’s pricing plans will be updated starting Friday, November 28, 2025.
We have frozen the Early Stage Plan pricing so that new business users can continue using Channel Talk without additional cost.
The Early Stage Plan will now focus on essential features for business startup stages, and ALF support will be discontinued.
These changes help clearly distinguish each plan according to business stage and needs.

Starting Friday, November 28, 2025, Growth Plan subscribers will receive a monthly ALF usage allowance worth approximately $30 (about 60 chats).
The Growth Plan allows unlimited use of core features, including default sheets, operator sheets, and MU.
From November 28, 2025, the new pricing will apply:
Growth Plan Subscription: Monthly: $120 / Research: $90 (VAT 10% excluded)
ALF Usage Cost:
Estimated as: (Existing ALF chat count × 0.50) – 30,000 AU (Growth Plan basic allowance)
Operator Seat Cost: Additional seats beyond the first are charged $60 each
The Growth Plan has no usage limits, so usage and costs may increase compared to the Early Stage Plan.
We recommend setting a manual usage limit before upgrading.
1. What happens to my existing ALF prepaid credits?
If you upgrade to the Growth Plan and continue using ALF, your prepaid credits will remain available.
If you do not wish to upgrade, please contact Channel Talk to have any remaining balance refunded as credits.
