Who This Affects: Managers using the legacy admin interface with "Use Channel Works" turned off.
When we launched Channel Works, our redesigned admin interface, we kept the legacy interface available for a month so you could transition at your own pace.
As previously announced, the legacy admin interface (the "Channel Works off" option) will be retired on the evening of Thursday, July 30, 2026. After that point, all Channel Talk admin users will be on Channel Works.

The legacy interface (Channel Works off) will no longer be available after this date. All users will be moved to Channel Works.
If you're still on the legacy interface: Navigation within the legacy interface may become unreliable after the cutoff. This is expected during the transition. A single page refresh will immediately switch you to Channel Works.
You may also see a login screen during the switch. This is part of the normal transition process, so just log in again to continue.
If you're already on Channel Works: No action needed. This change does not affect you.
