Starting Friday, November 28, 2025, an email verification feature will be added to Channel Talk accounts.
This feature is designed to prevent issues caused by incorrect email addresses that may prevent login and to better protect your valuable account.
To ensure smooth use of our services, please review the following information and complete your email verification.

◼ Changes
From November 28, all accounts will require email verification. Accounts that have not completed verification will have two limitations:
Unable to create new channels
Unable to join channels via invitation
(Depending on future policy updates, access to existing channels may also be restricted. We recommend completing email verification in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.)
Email verification is required only once per email address. If you change your email address, verification must be completed again.
◼ How to Verify Your Email
Go to [Personal Settings] > [Account Settings] > [Login Account], then click “Verify Email” and enter the verification code.

If your registered email cannot be verified, please update it with a valid email address and complete verification.
Users utilizing SAML SSO do not need to verify their email.
