We’d like to inform you that the legacy Chat Analytics UI, accessible via “View Previous Version,” will be discontinued. Please use the updated Chat Analytics going forward.

The legacy analytics UI that was accessible by clicking “View Previous Version” in the Chat Analytics screen will no longer be available.However, downloading legacy analytics data will still be supported after the UI is discontinued.
With the release of the updated Chat Analytics in January, we are proceeding with the planned discontinuation of the legacy UI as previously announced. We appreciate your understanding as we continue improving the analytics experience.(→ View previous notice)
Even after the legacy UI is discontinued, you will still be able to download legacy analytics data.You can also use the improved version of Chat Analytics for a better analytics experience.(→ View Chat Analytics guide)
