To improve the stability of the Documents service, we're introducing a limit of 100 selected items per bulk action when working with Articles or FAQs.
After 6:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, July 2, 2026
You will no longer be able to select more than 100 Articles or FAQs at once from the list view.
If you need to perform an action on more than 100 items, please split them into batches of 100 or fewer and process them sequentially.

Change visibility to Private
Add or remove topics
Duplicate
Move
Delete
FAQs
Change visibility to Public
Change visibility to Private
Duplicate
Delete
Note: Bulk FAQ Upload and Download FAQs are not affected by this change. You can continue using these features with all items as before.
