We’d like to inform you about upcoming changes to the ALF tab in Inbox.
◼︎ Effective date: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
◼︎ Changes:
The “ALF” tab in Inbox will be renamed from “Customer ALF” to simply “ALF.”
For channels with existing Customer ALF v1 chat history, the “Customer ALF v1” tab will no longer be displayed in Inbox.
You can still view past Customer ALF v1 chat records in the same way as before via:[AI > Analytics > Historical Data]
