Target: Channels using the "by case" analytics feature
Due to increased usage of "by case" analytics, we’ve identified higher server load. To ensure stable service, we will be performing maintenance to stabilize the by case analytics server.

Friday, January 23, 2026, between 1PM-4PM (EST) /
Saturday, January 24, 2026, between 3:00–6:00 AM (KST)
◼︎ ImpactDuring the server maintenance window, by case analytics can still be viewed and downloaded, but data updates may be delayed and the data may not be fully accurate.
All other Channel Talk features, including chats and message reception, will continue to operate normally.
This maintenance is intended to improve the stability and overall experience of the by case analytics service.
