Target Audience: All Channel Talk channels
As the chat analytics features provided under the Operation menu continue to be enhanced, the menu name will be changed to “Analytics” to make its purpose more intuitive.
In addition, the locations of the Chat Goals and Chat Tags menus, which were previously under Operation, will be updated.

Operation menu renamed and icon updated
The existing Operation menu will be renamed to Analytics and updated with a new icon.
Relocation of specific submenus
The Chat Goals and Chat Tags menus will be moved from Operation to Channel Settings > Chats.
