We would like to inform you about an update to the Channel Talk domain related to the Documents feature. To ensure smooth use of the Documents functionality, please allow the following domain.

◼︎Changes
A new domain,
crdt-server.channel.io, has been added to support the Documents real-time collaborative editing feature.
◼︎Required Action
If your channel uses Channel Talk in a closed network environment and manages a URL whitelist, please add the
crdt-server.channel.iodomain to your whitelist(Note) If you have already set up the
*.channel.iowildcard domain,crdt-server.channel.iomay already be included. However, in some environments, wildcard rules may not apply, so please verify that the domain is properly allowed.
◼Impact if No Action is Taken
If this domain is not added, viewing, editing, or saving Documents articles may not work properly.
